They initiated a new level of cooperation between their countries.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A new V4 in the Balkans? The Four of Varna, three members of the European Union \u2013 Greece, Bulgaria, Romania \u2013 and one candidate to the integration \u2013 Serbia -, are now cooperating on a higher level, on the model of the Visegr\u00e1d Group.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Four countries might be the doors of the European Union, as they also can be a wall, which protects the Union\u201d, explained the Romanian Prime Minister Tudose.<\/p>\n<p>He stressed also that it was important for everybody to know, that this international cooperation is not turned against anyone, or anything. According to the Romanian Prime Minister, this cooperation group\u2019s purpose is to \u201cbetter defend their common interests.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Bulgarian President Borisov declared that on this Tuesday, \u201cthe Visegr\u00e1d Four of the Balkans\u201d has been established, and its role will\u201d be good for Europe\u201d, as it will give more weight to the four countries\u2019 voices.<br \/>\nThe next meeting should be held in Serbia, the only four state which is not member of the European Union yet.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bulgaria, Varna \u2013 The Prime Ministers of Greece and Romania and the Presidents of Serbia and Bulgaria, met in Varna on Tuesday, October 3.
