The Hungarian constitution \u2013 introduced by Fidesz in 2011 \u2013 prevents the Islamization and makes mass immigration impossible, because of its protecting role of the Hungarian language and culture, said the Prime Minister Orb\u00e1n at the ceremony of the 5 years of the new constitution.<\/p>\n
\u201cTo be perfectly clear and unequivocal, I can say that Islamization is constitutionally prohibited in Hungary,\u201d he said.\u00a0The government is not able to accept mass immigration, as this would go against the principles embraced by the Basic Law, the other name of the Hungarian constitution.<\/p>\n
The head of government cited excerpts from the \u201cBasic Law\u201d to ensure that it guaranteed \u201cthe promotion and protection of our heritage, our unique language, Hungarian culture\u201d as well as the protection of \u201cliving conditions\u00a0future generations. \u201c<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have a right to decide with whom we want to live together and with whom we do not\u201d said Orb\u00e1n.\u00a0He then added that Hungary and central European states were more capable of coming up with viable answers to various crises as they were more \u201cfilled with the spirit of action\u201d than other states were. He said the reason for this was that Hungary has a modern constitution which has the answers to \u201cwhere Hungarians come from, where they are now and where they are headed\u201d, while Europe \u201cis in denial about its past and future and burdened by self-torment\u201d. \u201cThis is apparent from the frequent attacks Europe hurls at Poland and Hungary,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
